clawdmascot.com is a fan-built website celebrating Claude (the AI assistant made by Anthropic) through an unofficial pixel-crab mascot called Claw'd. The site is community-run, volunteer-built, and entirely unofficial. It exists for the love of the technology, for community-building, and for free tools and educational content.

Everything on this site, including the Claw'd mascot, the lore, the games, the labs, the skills, and the writing, is original creative work by independent fans. None of it has been reviewed, approved, sponsored, or commissioned by Anthropic.

We are not Anthropic. We are not Claude. We do not work for, contract with, advise, or speak on behalf of Anthropic, Claude, or any related party. Nothing on this site should be read as an official statement, position, product, service, or communication of Anthropic.

"Anthropic", "Claude", and any associated logos, marks, or names referenced on this site are trademarks of Anthropic PBC. We do not claim any ownership, licence, or right in those marks. Any reference to those names is made nominatively, for the sole purpose of identifying the company and product that this fan project is about.

The Claw'd mascot, the Claw'd name, and all original artwork, copy, code, and assets on this site are independent fan creations. They are not Anthropic property and were not produced by Anthropic.

If Anthropic or any rights holder believes anything on this site infringes their rights, please see section 12 below and we will respond promptly and in good faith.

04$CLAWD is a community meme token

$CLAWD is a community-launched memecoin on the Ethereum blockchain. It is not issued, sold, distributed, or endorsed by Anthropic. It has no relationship to Anthropic. It is not a security, an investment contract, a derivative, a futures contract, a swap, a deposit, a managed investment, an interest in any company, or a claim on any business, revenue, or asset of Anthropic or anyone else. No representation is made that $CLAWD will have any value, utility, or use beyond what holders themselves create.

$CLAWD is a fan token created by independent community members. The contract liquidity is burned and the contract is renounced. There is no central team, no allocation, no vesting, no insider tokens, no transfer tax, no admin functions, no roadmap, and no promise of any future feature, listing, partnership, or release. The site does not custody funds or facilitate trades; trading happens on independent third-party decentralised exchanges that we do not operate. Anything anyone says about future plans, including in community channels, is speculation only and is not authorised by, binding on, or attributable to the project.

Nothing on this site is financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, brokerage, dealing, market making, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, stake, lend, borrow, or otherwise transact in any digital asset, security, or other instrument. No fiduciary, advisory, agency, partnership, joint venture, or trust relationship is created by your use of this site or your participation in the community.

Cryptocurrency markets are volatile, illiquid, and unforgiving. You may lose all of the value you put into them, instantly and permanently. Some content displayed on this site, including community contributions, links, mascots, memes, and arcade leaderboard entries, is generated or submitted by users. We are not responsible for the views, accuracy, or legality of user-submitted content. We may remove community content at any time, without notice, for any reason.

08Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party services such as block explorers, decentralised exchanges, social platforms, and other community resources. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, terms, or actions. Following an external link is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms and policies.

09No warranty

This site, all content on it, and all tools or downloads it offers are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, availability, or freedom from errors, viruses, or harmful components. Use of this site is at your sole risk.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the contributors to and operators of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your access to or use of this site, the $CLAWD token, any linked third-party service, or any content, tool, or material made available here, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damage.

11Compliance and your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any laws relating to digital assets, securities, taxation, sanctions, and online conduct. If access to this site or to digital asset trading is restricted in your jurisdiction, do not use it. We make no representation that any content here is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

12Restricted jurisdictions and sanctions

This site and the $CLAWD token are not directed at, marketed to, or intended for any person located in or resident of any jurisdiction in which the offer, sale, holding, or use of digital assets, memecoins, or unregistered tokens is unlawful or restricted, or where the project would be required to register, license, or otherwise qualify in order to be lawfully made available. Without limitation, this includes the United States and any other country, state, region, or territory with comparable restrictions.

By accessing the site you represent and warrant that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, organised under the laws of, or accessing the site from any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions administered or enforced by OFAC, the US Department of State, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, His Majesty's Treasury, or any other relevant authority. You also represent that you are not on any sanctions, denied-persons, or specially-designated-nationals list, and that your use of this site, the $CLAWD token, and any linked third-party service is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are physically present. If any of those statements is or becomes untrue, you must stop using the site immediately.

13Smart contract and on-chain risk

The $CLAWD smart contract is immutable, the contract is renounced, and the liquidity pool is burned. Nobody, including the original deployers, can change the contract code, freeze tokens, mint new supply, drain liquidity, blacklist addresses, pause trading, or otherwise alter the on-chain state on your behalf. That is by design. It also means nobody can fix the contract, recover stuck funds, or revert any transaction if a bug, exploit, or user error is discovered later. You accept that risk in full.

You also accept the broader risks of interacting with public blockchains, including but not limited to: smart contract vulnerabilities, oracle failures, MEV and front-running, sandwich attacks, gas spikes, transaction failures, slippage, fork events, chain reorganisations, downtime of RPC providers, scams masquerading as official liquidity pools, fake token contracts using identical names or tickers, phishing sites, malicious wallet pop-ups, key loss, signature exploits, supply-chain compromises in wallet software, and protocol-level events on Ethereum. Always verify the contract address (0x46d03Ff0FE7E539804678530eA5D6289a76C1ADe) before any interaction.

14No custody, no recovery, no support

We never take custody of your funds, your private keys, your seed phrases, or your wallet. All transactions happen between your wallet and third-party decentralised exchanges, aggregators, RPC providers, and on-chain contracts that we do not operate.

Because we never hold anything, we cannot reverse, refund, replace, recover, freeze, or unfreeze any cryptocurrency, NFT, or other on-chain asset for any reason, including assets that are lost, stolen, mistakenly sent, sent to the wrong address, sent to an exchange that does not support the token, hacked, scammed, drained, frozen by a third-party service, taken by a malicious dApp, or otherwise no longer in your control. There is no on-chain customer service desk, no chargeback, and no recourse against the project. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, your devices, your network, and your decisions. Always verify the contract address. Always verify the URL of this site. Bookmark the canonical domain (https://clawdmascot.com) directly and reach it from the bookmark, not from search results or messages.

15Privacy and data minimisation

We collect as little as we possibly can, and we do not sell, share, rent, or trade any of it.

• Newsletter: if you opt in, your email address is stored on our server only to send updates. No third-party email service. No analytics integration. No selling, sharing, or profiling. Unsubscribe at any time via the channels in section 20.
• Leaderboard: when you submit an arcade score, we store the handle you choose, the score, and a one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP truncated to 24 hex characters. The truncated hash is used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We never store your raw IP. No browser fingerprint, no device id, no ad identifier.
• Browser storage: the labs and the leaderboard use localStorage on your own device to remember the handle you picked and a per-handle cryptographic token. This data never leaves your browser. Clearing site data in your browser erases it.
• No analytics, no trackers, no third-party cookies, no advertising, no fingerprinting. No Google Analytics, Plausible, Hotjar, Meta pixel, TikTok pixel, or any equivalent. No ad networks. No remarketing. No retargeting.
• Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard nginx access logs (timestamp, path, status, user agent) for short-term operational and abuse-prevention purposes. These are not joined to any other dataset and are not analysed for marketing.

To request removal of your leaderboard handle, unsubscribe from the newsletter, or request information held about you, contact us via the channels in section 20. We respond on a best-effort basis as a volunteer project.

16Arcade and labs are entertainment only

The arcade games, the leaderboard, the mascot generator, the meme generator, the 3D Clawd lab, and any other interactive feature on this site are provided for entertainment, education, and community fun only. They are skill-based, free to play, and never require payment, deposit, stake, wager, or any cryptocurrency to access. No real-world prizes, payouts, rewards, airdrops, allocations, or tokens of any kind are awarded for any score, rank, badge, achievement, or activity. Nothing on this site is gambling, lottery, sweepstakes, raffle, contest with consideration, prize promotion, fantasy sports, or any other regulated game of chance or skill.

17Output you create with our tools

Mascots, memes, stickers, 3D scenes, and other media you create using the labs on this site are yours. We claim no copyright, royalty, or licence over the specific output you generate, beyond what is necessary to operate the tool while you are using it. Use it for personal, commercial, or derivative work as you see fit.

You are solely responsible for what you create and where you post it, including making sure it complies with applicable laws and the rules of any platform you publish to. Where third-party assets are bundled into a tool (for example, the Telegram sticker pack derived from the MIT-licensed marciogranzotto/clawd-tank SVG animations), the original licence and attribution remain with that asset and must be preserved if you redistribute the asset.

18Anonymous, decentralised, no recourse

This project is run by anonymous, volunteer community contributors who have not formed and do not act on behalf of any company, foundation, partnership, association, trust, DAO with legal personality, or other legal entity. There is no operator of record, no central party, no team page, no investor relations, no agent for service of process, and no individual on whom legal process can be served in connection with the project. No representation, warranty, or assurance is given by any natural or legal person.

The only authoritative communication channels for the project are the canonical site (https://clawdmascot.com), the X account @clawdmascot, and the Telegram t.me/clawdmascot. Anything posted anywhere else, by anyone, is unauthorised and cannot be relied on. There is no obligation to provide customer service, technical support, refunds, replacements, or any other service in connection with this site or the $CLAWD token.

19Acceptance, indemnity, severability, entire agreement

By accessing or using this site you accept this disclaimer in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the project, its anonymous contributors, and anyone who has at any time worked on the site, from and against any claim, damage, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the site, the $CLAWD token, your interactions with third-party services linked from the site, or your breach of this disclaimer.

If any provision of this disclaimer is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, illegal, or invalid, that provision is severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder continues in full force. This disclaimer, together with any additional notice on the page or tool to which it applies, is the entire agreement between you and the project regarding the site, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understanding, oral or written. No statement made in any community channel, by any person, modifies this disclaimer. Updates take effect when posted to this page.
